The 2024 NSTA Annual Meeting and Convention (AMC) is right around the corner, and this year's program resides in Nashville, the Music City. The JW Marriott Nashville serves as our host hotel, and after registration you will receive a link to access the NSTA Room Block – with the group rate of $279. per night, plus taxes.

On Sunday, July 21, NSTA hosts a "Welcome Reception & Dinner" at 5:00 PM (CT) at the Johnny Cash Museum. Our President's Dinner takes place in the iconic Country Music Hall of Fame Museum with a guided tour included. The program concludes with the always-popular Awards and Installation Dinner in the evening of July 23. Your regular conference registration covers the registrant for all of these meal function, as well as breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. If you are bringing a spouse, significant other, or guest, that person is required to be registered for ALL receptions, dinners, and meal functions. Choose Registration Level #10 for the full event, or ala carte selections for individual functions (Registration Levels 11-15). No one will be admitted to the Johnny Cash Museum, or the Country Music Hall of Fame without a valid registration.

In addition, AMC registration is now open, so please select your correct registration category and sign-up today. If you have any food restriction, please also choose the category number 16, and NSTA will reach out to you after registration to get more details about your needs. 

If you are interested in sponsoring AMC select your sponsorship package(s) in Additional Items field. If the category is not outlined as "SOLD-OUT", it is still available. You have the option to pay by check or credit card.  If paying by check, please remit payment no later than June 30, 2024 in order to maintain your sponsorship. 

 IMPORTANT: If your sponsorship includes complimentary registrations (above $5000), please contact NSTA Headquarters after you complete your sponsorship package payment or payment option, but before you register individual attendees.
