The NSTA Annual Meeting and Convention (AMC) offers professional development programs, industry networking opportunities, and social events for attendees. Our evening social events at the Annual Meeting and Convention provide an opportunity to explore the host city, and we also celebrate student transportation professionalism and dedication at the yearly NSTA Awards and Installation Dinner. The 2026 NSTA Annual Meeting and Convention (AMC) is right around the corner, and this year's program will be held in Denver – the Mile High City. The Sheraton Denver Downtown serves as our host hotel, and after registration, you will receive a link to access the NSTA Room Block, with a discounted group rate of $249 per night plus taxes. On Sunday, July 19th, NSTA hosts a "Welcome Reception" at Poolside at the Sheraton Denver Downtown.
Our President's Dinner takes place on Monday, July 20th, at Wings On The Rockies, an iconic and unique air field and museum. The program concludes with the always-popular Awards and Installation Dinner on the evening of July 21st.
AMC registration is now open, so please select your correct registration category and sign up today. Your regular conference registration covers the registrant for all of these meal functions, as well as breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday.
If you are bringing a spouse, significant other, or guest, that person is required to be registered for ALL receptions, dinners, and meal functions that they attend. Choose ‘a la carte’ selections for individual functions. Please be reminded that no one will be admitted to Wings On The Rockies without a valid registration.
In addition, keep in mind that the online registration will close on Monday, July 6th, at 4:30 PM (ET).
If you are interested in sponsoring AMC, select your sponsorship package(s) in the Additional Items field. If the category is not outlined as "SOLD-OUT", it is still available. You have the option to pay by check or with a credit card. If paying by check, please remit payment no later than July 6, 2026, to maintain your sponsorship.
IMPORTANT: If your sponsorship includes complimentary registrations (above $5000), please contact NSTA Headquarters after you complete your sponsorship package payment or payment option, but before you register individual attendees.
Registration Fees/Closure/Late Registration: Registration for the 2026 NSTA Annual Meeting and Convention in Denver, CO closes on July 6, 2026. Anyone who is not pre-registered and attends an NSTA live event is subject to a $100 on-site registration fee in addition to the existing registration fee. Anyone with an open NSTA invoice from a previous NSTA event may not be able to register for or sponsor a future NSTA event.
