The 2025 NSTA Annual Meeting and Convention (AMC) is right around the corner, and this year's program will be held in Boston, the Beantown. The Westin Copley Place Boston serves as our host hotel, and after registration, you will receive a link to access the NSTA Room Block, with the group rate of $319 per night plus taxes.

On Sunday, July 20th, NSTA hosts a "Welcome Reception" at View Boston. Our President's Dinner takes place on Monday, July 21st, at Overlook 521, inside the iconic Fenway Park. The program concludes with the always-popular Awards and Installation Dinner on the evening of July 22nd.

AMC registration is now open, so please select your correct registration category (Numbers 1-9) and sign up today. Your regular conference registration covers the registrant for all of these meal functions, as well as breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. If you are bringing a spouse, significant other, or guest, that person is required to be registered for ALL receptions, dinners, and meal functions. Choose Registration Level #10 or #11 for the full event, or choose Registration Levels 12-17 for a la carte selections for individual functions. No one will be admitted to the View Boston or Fenway Park without a valid registration.

In addition, keep in mind that the online registration will close on Friday, June 27th, at 5 PM (ET).

If you are interested in sponsoring AMC, select your sponsorship package(s) in the Additional Items field. If the category is not outlined as "SOLD-OUT", it is still available. You have the option to pay by check or with a credit card.  If paying by check, please remit payment no later than June 27, 2025, to maintain your sponsorship. 

IMPORTANT: If your sponsorship includes complimentary registrations (above $5000), please contact NSTA Headquarters after you complete your sponsorship package payment or payment option, but before you register individual attendees. 

Cancellations/Refunds/Substitution Policy — All AMC cancellations must be made in writing via email to NSTA Headquarters, info@yellowbuses.org, as any request for cancellation cannot be handled via telephone. Written cancellations must be received by info@yellowbuses.org no later than Monday, July 7, 2025 in order to receive a refund, less a $50 administrative fee – only if paying by check. We welcome substitute attendees without penalty, but all substitutions must be received at info@yellowbuses.org - no later than 4:30 PM (ET) on Monday, July 7, 2025. Please be reminded NSTA will not accept telephone substitution requests. Any refund to a credit card transaction for this event will incur a 15% credit card processing fee. Please note: This processing fee applies to all credit card transactions, including partial refunds.


NSTA Room Block: The NSTA Room Block for live events is for the use of only registered attendees of the NSTA conference or meeting, and NSTA regularly reviews the room block list for applicability. Anyone utilizing the NSTA Room Block, who is not properly registered for the underlying NSTA event, may be removed from the NSTA Block with or without notice. Once the NSTA Room Block closes, we cannot guarantee hotel room space, and after the NSTA Room Block closes, lodging is obtainable only on a space available basis by the hotel. NSTA can assist with interfacing with hotel reservations in certain instances that pertain to this specific event, but we cannot assist with points or loyalty program disputes.


Registration Fees/Closure/Late Registration: Registration for the 2025 NSTA Annual Meeting and Convention in Boston, MA closes on July 3, 2025. Anyone who is not pre-registered and attends an NSTA live event is subject to a $100 on-site registration fee in addition to the existing registration fee. Anyone with an open NSTA invoice from a previous NSTA event may not be able to register for or sponsor a future NSTA event.
